FORUM DISCUSSION

Each group will have its own discussion forum, listed at top right hand corner of this page.

During this week, all students should engage in the discussions taking place in each of the forums.

Each group will be responsible for the moderation of the forum used to discuss the theme they were in charge of.

The presentation must include a blend of the information provided by the article assigned to you. On September 7th, you will e-mail the presentation as an attachment to katia_valerio@yahoo.com.br

Forum Discussion

From September 7th to October 3rd, your group you will be in charge of a discussion around your topic in the Forum assigned to you (I'll intervene only after you have tried to solve your doubts yourselves).

Final Paper

Your group will write a critical appraisal of an activity (or a set of them - a lesson or unit, for example) prepared by one or more group members taking into account the discursive aspects it deals or could deal with. You should make suggestions to improve the activity and include a rationale for all the procedures involved; that is, all pedagogical choices should be justified. Your Final Paper should be e-mailed as an attachment to
